Maple Meadows Lamb is produced from our award winning and high health status flock of more than 500 ewes bred for feed efficiency and carcass quality.
- Pasture raised when available
- Fed natural, homegrown grains and forages and contain no artificial hormones or growth stimulants
- All meat comes from lambs 3 to 6 months of age, finished on corn, barley, micronized soybean, molasses, minerals and hay grown on our farm
- Available cuts or whole and half carcasses range in size from 35-60 lbs (15-32 kg)
- Meat is processed at a licensed, inspected plant
