Maple Meadows Beef is produced from our commercial cow herd mated to a Blonde d’Aquitaine bull – bred to produce lean, meaty offspring.
- Fed natural, homegrown grains and forages (no added hormones or growth stimulants)
- Raised on pasture when available
- All meat comes from young animals (12-18 months) born on our farm and finished on corn, barley, soybeans, and hay produced on our farm
- Carcasses are aged 14-20 days before processing
- Available cuts or whole/half/quarter carcasses cut to your specifications
- Processed at a provincially licensed, inspected plant
